Who we are

This website is Inside Sharjah. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

If you write to us by email, we use your message and email address only to reply to you.

Where an enquiry form is offered on a page (a developer page, a project page, the contact page or the matching results on the move page), we collect what you type into it: your name, phone number and/or email address, preferred language, the home type, indicative budget band and timing you choose, and your message. We also record which page and form you used, where you came from (for example the campaign tags in a link, or the website that sent you), and the two consent choices you made, with the wording version you saw (si-consent-v1-2026-10) and the time. If you choose to include your matching answers from the move page, those answers are sent with your enquiry; if you do not, they stay on your device and are not sent. Please do not enter identity, visa, employment, school or family details in the message box.

How we use your details

How we use enquiry data, Zoho CRM and transfers outside the UAE

We use your enquiry to contact you by phone and by email about that enquiry, if you ticked the first box. If you ticked the second, optional box, we may also email you news and updates about homes in Sharjah. You can tick the optional box or leave it unticked, but the enquiry cannot be sent without the first box.

Why: to reply to your enquiry and to follow up with you by phone or email about properties that match it. If you also tick the optional box, we may send you news and offers about other properties.
Where it is processed: your enquiry is stored in Zoho CRM, the customer-relationship system we use. Zoho CRM processes it outside the UAE.
Your choices:
- Ticking the first box is needed to send the enquiry. The second box is optional, and you can leave it unticked.
- You can withdraw your consent, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

Enquiries are stored in Zoho CRM, a customer-relationship service provided by Zoho. Zoho CRM may process data outside the UAE, including in the United States. By ticking the first box you expressly agree to this transfer. Inside Sharjah is operated by Naser Saab; it is not a licensed real estate broker and we do not pass your details to a broker unless you tell us to.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawing does not affect processing already carried out. We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to answer you and to keep the record of your consent.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure how the site is used: visits, pages viewed, approximate location, and the device and browser used. Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) on your device. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). See Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Advertising click identifiers in a link are used only if you have granted tracking consent. If you choose light or dark mode, or dismiss a notice, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it is not sent to us. Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages to you.

If this changes, we will update this notice first.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and you may object or withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days.

We keep emails only as long as needed to reply, and no more than 12 months.
